Floating Plug Drawing: A floating plug is placed inside the tube, and the tube is drawn through a die. The plug moves freely inside the tube during the drawing process, ensuring uniform wall thickness reduction.

Tethered Plug Drawing: Similar to floating plug drawing, but the plug is connected to a rod or wire that controls its movement within the tube.

Sinking Drawing: The tube is drawn through a die without any mandrel or plug, resulting in a reduction of both the inner and outer diameters. This method is typically used for smaller reductions or when precise control over the inner diameter is not critical.
